Mailing List Rental Form

ASA rents mailing lists of Association members by membership as well as by special interest sections and areas of interest/expertise. The lists are continuously updated so counts will vary slightly. Mailing lists include preferred postal mailing address only; ASA does not sell or rent member email addresses.

ASA mailing lists are obtained for one-time rental only. Excel files are provided via email.

In addition to the completed order form, ASA requires a sample mailing piece. Please upload the sample mailing piece below, to submit with this form.

The minimum order for mailing list rentals is $275. ASA charges additional fees for special requests, such as geographic specific lists (e.g., U.S. only), random selections, and rush processing. (Our standard processing time for an order is five business days.)
