The 2026 ASA Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton New York Midtown and the Sheraton New York Times Square. Both hotels offer discounted room rates exclusively for ASA attendees. See details below.

Standard Single/Double Rate: $289
- Premiere King/Double rooms are available at higher rate.
- Deadline for booking in the room block is 11:59 p.m. on July 12, 2026.
- An additional charge of $20.00 will be added to the room rate for the third/fourth guest per night.
- Room rate does not include tax which is currently 14.75% and $3.50/room/night.
