Child Care Services
Child care services for children ages 6 months to 13 years will be available on the following schedule at the ASA Annual Meeting:
| Friday, August 7 | 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. |
| Saturday, August 8 | 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, August 9 | 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Monday, August 10 | 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Tuesday, August 11 | 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
Enrollment
Child care services will be located in the Hilton New York Midtown. Parents wishing to enroll their children in the child care program must register for the Annual Meeting, enroll their child(ren), and submit payment for the estimated services by July 1, 2026. After registration and payment are received, you will be contacted to submit your child(ren)’s information and confirm the usage schedule prior to the start of the Annual Meeting.
Costs and Cancellation Policy
The fees for the child care program are $66 per child, per full day, or $46 per child, per half day (defined as five hours or less). Fees do not include meals, although snacks may be provided. Payment for child care services is refundable prior to July 1, 2026, if your schedule changes. Please contact [email protected] with questions.
Child Care Grants
To ensure these services are available to those who need financial support, we invite attendees to consider making a donation to help cover costs associated with using ASA-provided child care services during the Annual Meeting. Donations can be made when you register for the Annual Meeting. If you have already registered, you can go back into your registration and add a donation.
How to Apply for a Grant
To apply for a child care grant, email your request to [email protected] by July 1, 2026. Funds collected through donations will be divided equally among grantees who are registered for both the Annual Meeting and child care by July 1, 2026. Grants will be disbursed after the Annual Meeting concludes.
