Submission Guidelines
ASA accepts submissions such as announcements (up to 150 words) and death notices from its current members and reserves the right to edit for style and length of all material published. All submissions should include a contact name and an email address. Member submissions will appear in the next available issue of Member News & Notes or Footnotes, both of which are sent to ASA members. ASA reserves the right to publish them in either Member News & Notes or Footnotes, which is published in February, May, and September. Email your submissions for either publication to [email protected]. For death notices, email [email protected] with the deceased’s name and a link to a published obituary in a newspaper, university website, or other official publication of record.
