The dates the subscription lists were pulled from the membership database for each journal issue, as well as the mailing and in-house receipt dates, are provided in the table below.
If your membership was active on the list pulled date, and you have a print subscription to that journal, you should receive your issue within two weeks in the U.S. (four weeks elsewhere) of the receipt date listed. Claims for missing issues should be sent within six months of the receipt date to [email protected].
