- ASA will offer the opportunity for remote presentation, with paid registration, for people who have a disability and people who have a medical condition for which a medical professional would advise against in-person attendance. Please visit the Access for All page for the full remote presentation policy.
- Complimentary registration may be granted to an individual who 1. would not normally attend the meeting, 2. is invited to present or participate on a scheduled panel (persons making their own submission for consideration are not eligible), 3. works outside the discipline/field, and 4. is not an ASA member or ever held an ASA membership. Individuals must meet all criteria listed. You can request a complimentary registration for an eligible presenter by emailing [email protected] before July 1, 2026.
