Registration Is Open Now!

We can’t wait to welcome you to ASA in NYC! Visit the registration page for details on rates and policies. Registration is required to attend any session or event, and all participants listed on the Annual Meeting program must register by June 1, 2026. Registration for guests, child care, and the Department Leaders Preconference are also available. Registration for additional preconferences, courses, and tours will open in April.

Membership must be current through August 11, 2026, to receive the reduced member rate. If your membership expires before August 11, 2026, you must renew/join to receive the member rate.

Book Your Stay: ASA Room Blocks Open Now

The Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton New York Midtown and Sheraton New York Times Square. Booking within the ASA room block at these hotels is vital to the success of the meeting, helping to keep overall costs down and ensuring attendees have convenient access to sessions, networking, and informal gatherings. Attendees should book directly with the hotels, as ASA does not use a housing agency for 2026. Visit Hotel and Travel for details on rates, reservation links, maps, and more.

Access for All

ASA is committed to making the Annual Meeting accessible to all participants. We can arrange services such as sign-language interpreters, sighted guides, communication tools, and transportation assistance for registered attendees. To request accommodations, contact Meeting Services via the Access for All email or call (202) 247-9871. Requests must be submitted by July 1, 2026. Attendees who do not make arrangements in advance may inquire onsite at the registration counters. We will make every reasonable effort to assist, but some services or equipment may not be available without prior notice.

Child Care Services at the Annual Meeting

Child care will be available for children ages 6 months to 13 years. Parents must be registered for the Annual Meeting and complete enrollment for their child(ren). Payment for estimated services is due by July 1, 2026. Fees, schedule of days and hours, and grant information are posted on the Child Care page.

Accessible NYC

The five boroughs feature a wealth of exciting and accessible destinations. Find restaurants, attractions, and sports arenas with accommodations that meet your needs on NYC Tourism’s accessibility dedicated webpage. Resources include articles on accessible hotels, arts, and observation decks, as well as a video on getting around NYC in a wheelchair.

As we prepare for the ASA 2026 elections, please take note of these two important reminders:

  • Election system emails that include ballots are sent out from “[email protected].” Please add this email address to the permitted sender’s list on your spam filter to ensure timely delivery of important election messages.
  • All members whose membership is, and will remain, active between April 1 and June 1, 2026, with the exception of affiliate members, will receive a ballot for the ASA-wide election and elections for the Sections and Communities in which they have membership. The last day to join ASA and/or a Section/Community to participate in the 2026 election is March 31. If your membership ends between April 1 and June 1, please renew it prior to March 31 so 365 days can be added to your existing membership expiration date and therefore making you eligible to vote.
