Saturday, August 9
Walking Tour of Pullman
11:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Registration fee: $30 pp, limit of two tickets

Pullman, a far southside neighborhood, was originally a company town established by industrialist George Pullman. It was the site of the massive 1894 strike and national railroad boycott led by Eugene V. Debs. The tour includes the Pullman National Historic Park Visitors Center, with a labor-themed permanent exhibit. Pullman is effectively an outdoor museum of architecture, city planning, and American labor history. This tour is a walking tour utilizing public transportation. The walking route and mode of transport are accessible.

Architecture of the Magnificent Mile Walking Tour
10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Registration Fee: $30, limit of two tickets

Explore Chicago’s evolution from a dirt road called Pine Street to the iconic Magnificent Mile, showcasing architectural marvels and historic landmarks. This is a walking tour on an accessible route. Registration fee also includes entry to the exhibits at the Chicago Architecture Center.

Chicago LGBTQ Stories
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Registration Fee: $45, limit of two tickets

Chicago is filled with amazing stories of LGBTQ people or events everywhere you go, but you have to know where to look. On this two-hour trolley tour, you’ll discover many of these LGBTQ stories from the 19th-century to today, including ones about the suffragettes fighting for women’s equality, trailblazers in the arts and politics, the world’s first LGBTQ Pride Parade, the legendary people and venues pioneering House Music, and so much more. The mode of transport is accessible.
