ASA Pavilion
The new ASA Pavilion, located within the Exhibit Hall, is a space for attendees to engage with short dynamic presentation about a broad range of topics. There’s something for everyone. The Pavilion will house two types of presentations – Prep Talks and Pavilion Talks.
Prep Talks are short presentations designed to offer real life advice, guidance for those in different phases of their career path. Presentations will be followed by Q&A. Full descriptions are in the online program, just search for “Prep Talk.”
Pavilion Talks are an opportunity for attendees to learn about volunteer opportunities at ASA, the current landscape for academic publishing, promoting your research, and much more. Presentations will be followed by Q&A. Full descriptions are in the online program, just search “Pavilion Talk.”
Student Book Giveaway
All students registered to attend the Annual Meeting are invited to the student book giveaway on Tuesday, August 13, beginning at 12:30 p.m. The giveaway will run until 3:00 p.m., or as long as supplies last.
