Travel to Montréal

Getting to the Palais des congrès de Montréal
The Palais des congrès de Montréal is centrally located in downtown Montréal at 1001 Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle. The Palais has entrances from all bordering streets. The Palais is served by two bus lines and the Place d’Armes Métro station. The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) operates Métro and bus services in Montréal.

Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), formerly known and still commonly referred to as Montréal–Dorval International Airport is an international airport serving Montréal and is situated 20 km/12 miles west of Downtown Montréal.

Public Bus Service and Métro from Airport
The 747 bus is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To catch the bus, head to the arrivals level of the airport. The bus stop is near the exit at door 28. The bus provides a direct line between the airport and downtown Montréal, where it stops at a handful of metro stations and hotels. The journey time is approximately 25-35 minutes to Lionel-Groulx Métro station where you can transfer to the orange line to the Place d’Armes Métro station, the closest to the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Taxi from Airport
Taxis are located at the arrivals level near the central exit located in front of the cloakroom, where a dispatcher will assist you. No reservation is required. All taxi operators working out of YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport are required to have a permit and to comply with its terms and conditions. A certain number of adapted taxis are available. Speak to the dispatcher. About 16 minutes from YUL.

Rideshare from Airport
Rideshare programs, meet passengers at the official pick-up areas at either Door 20 on the arrivals level or Door 6 of the departures level on the second floor. About 16 minutes from YUL.
