Child Care Services
Registration for child care will open in January. Please contact [email protected] with questions.
Child care services, for children 6 months – 13 years, will be available on the following schedule:
Friday, August 9, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00p.m.
Saturday, August 10, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 11, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Monday, August 12, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 13, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Child care services will be located in the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. Parents wishing to enroll their children in the child care program must preregister for the Annual Meeting, enroll their child(ren), and submit payment for the estimated services by July 1, 2024.
The fees for the child care program are $60 USD per child, per full day or $39 USD per child, per half day (defined as five hours or less).
After preregistration and payment is received, you will be contacted to submit your child(ren)’s information and confirm usage schedule. Payment for child care services is refundable prior to July 1, 2024 if your schedule changes.
Child Care Grants
Attendees are invited to donate to help cover the costs associated with using the ASA-provided child care services during the Annual Meeting. The amount collected in donations will be distributed equally to grantees who are registered for the annual meeting and child care by July 1, 2024. To apply, please send a request email to [email protected] by July 1, 2024.
