The 2023 ASA Annual Meeting provides a great opportunity for members and attendees to meet and network with publishers, companies, and organizations. Plan now to take advantage of this opportunity to reach experienced researchers, educators, practitioners, key decision-makers, and students.

All ASA Annual Meeting attendees will be required to follow any COVID 19-related protocols mandated by local authorities at the time of the meeting. ASA strongly recommends that attendees receive COVID 19 vaccination in advance of participation and use masks while we are together in Philadelphia. As you navigate the meeting space, please do your best to help protect all of our colleagues. ASA may choose to enact stricter protocols should they be warranted by public health circumstances closer to the meeting time.

EXHIBITING

The ASA Exhibit Hall showcases your company or organization and its products and services to leading sociologists in the United States, Canada, and abroad.

Exhibit Hall Location and Hours
The ASA Exhibit Hall will be located in Hall B at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. It will be open the following hours:

Friday, August 18 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 19 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 20 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Monday, August 21 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Exhibit Rates
Your exhibit fee includes an identifying sign and three exhibitor registrations per booth. A directory of exhibitors will also be listed on the ASA website. Booths are assigned based on the date of ASA’s receipt of the booth application and payment in full.

Booth Set-up and Tear-down
Freeman has been designated as the official decorating company for the 2023 Annual Meeting. Detailed information including additional booth-related costs (i.e. furniture, carpet, etc.) will be provided in the Freeman Exhibitor Service Kit which will be distributed by Freeman to exhibitors directly via email.

Set-up Hours

Thursday, August 17 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, August 18 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Tear-down Hours

Monday, August 21 12:00* – 4:00 p.m.

*Exhibitors may not begin to tear-down their booths until 12:00 p.m.

Cancellation
Exhibitors who cancel their exhibit reservation prior to June 30 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after July 1.

ADVERTISING

Promote your products and services to over 5,000 leading sociologists and professionals in the United States, Canada, and abroad by advertising in the online program.

Rate

Digital Banner Ad $350

Please send electronic banner ad file and preferred link to [email protected] by June 30. The digital banner ad placement on the ASA online program is visible at all times, on all pages. The banner will rotate continuously through all ads received and will link to a webpage of your choice. Art specs: 600px wide x 70px tall, high quality (at least 300 dpi) jpg or png file.
