Reservation Terms
• Reservation Fee: $100 and limited to ASA Department Affiliate members only.
• Only registered attendees of the 2025 Annual Meeting can reserve an interview room. All interview participants (i.e. interviewers and candidate) must also be registered for the annual meeting. A list of all participants must be submitted to Meetings Services (
[email protected]) by July 1, 2025, to verify registration.
• Each room can host up to 10 participants in a boardroom style.
• Meeting rooms are available in 90-minute increments. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment order.
• All meeting room reservations are non-refundable.
• This signed agreement and payment are required to secure your reservation. An invoice will be sent to the organizer for online payment. A room will not be reserved until full payment is received.
• Attendees are expected to leave the meeting room in the same condition as found. Please do not leave any materials or trash behind. The ASA and Hyatt Regency Chicago are not responsible for items left in the meeting rooms.
