Online Program Schedule
Preregistered meeting attendees will be able to view meeting room locations of all events in the online program schedule after the registration deadline, July 13 and save a personal schedule. Please note: You must log in with your ASA ID and password.
Program updates and corrections received by June 1, are included in the printed Final Program distributed onsite. Updates and corrections received too late for the printed Final Program are reflected in the online program schedule and the Annual Meeting App. Both of these offerings include the most current updates to the program listings. The online program and the app replace the paper copy of the Convention Bulletin handed out onsite at previous Annual Meetings.
Those who register onsite at the Annual Meeting will receive full access to the features available in the online program schedule and the meeting app.
Due to the complexities of scheduling a program with nearly 600 sessions and more than 4,000 participants, it is not possible to avoid all conflicts of individual obligations. Participants with multiple commitments may contact their session organizers or ASA Meeting Services staff anytime before March 13, 2015 and request scheduling consideration. Meeting Services staff will try to accommodate reasonable requests, but no guarantees can be given.
