ASA Symposium (Session 1) - Teaching with the ASA National Standards

The first session introduces the ASA National Standards for High School Sociology. Introduces the four learning domains as well as the assessable competencies of each domain. Participants will be given specific lessons and techniques to use in the classroom that cover these topics. The session also includes an introduction to ASA’s Teaching Resources and Innovations Library for Sociology (TRAILS).
