
Mission Statement
The purpose of the Section on Teaching and Learning in Sociology is to provide a professional organization for improving the teaching of sociology from the high school through graduate level. It encourages and facilitates innovative and effective pedagogy and research. This Section addresses the common and unique needs of faculty in two-year and four-year colleges and universities.
