2011 ASA Annual Meeting, Las Vegas


Hotel Accommodations

The 106th ASA Annual Meeting will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The hotel property will host all ASA services, sessions, exhibit hall and guestroom accommodations under one roof.

Blocks of sleeping rooms for ASA meeting attendees have been arranged at Caesars Palace. All housing services are being managed through, Connections Housing. Booking a room in the ASA room blocks is an important way to support the Association and ultimately keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Staying “within the block” is also more convenient and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the headquarter hotel during the meeting.

The ASA Housing Block Offers Great Deals.

The ASA has partnered with Caesars Palace to offer a unique set of incentives that will add great value to your lodging expenses. 

Reservations

Reservations may be made online via the link to the ASA housing site powered by Connections Housing. It may take a moment for the housing page to load, depending on the speed of your internet connection and browser choice.

Hotel Incentives

In addition to offering some of the most competitive rates within easy access and proximity to the Annual Meeting sessions, the following incentives have been offered to guests who book within the ASA Housing Block: 

*One-time $15.00 resort fee to cover Internet in the guestroom and Fitness Center access for the duration of your stay.

Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than Connections Housing that imply or claim an affiliation with ASA. We have been made aware of other housing companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and have either: lost their significant deposits; been relocated with little or no warning; have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked; or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. This has caused great hardships to these companies and individuals. Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk.

When making a hotel reservation, you may request audio, visual, or mobility assistance. If you want ASA Meeting Services to verify that your accessibility request(s) will be honored, please send your accessibility request to ASA after you have made your reservation.
