Evolution, Biology, and Society Call for Award Nominations
Best Book or Article Award for a Faculty Member
2014 is an even-numbered year, and so this award will be given to the best book published over the last three years by a member of the section. So, please think about a good book that qualifies for this award and recommend it to the committee. Generally, publishers are happy to send multiple copies to award committees, and thus, you can contact the publisher to mail copies to the members or just the chair along with your letter of nomination. If the publisher will not provide copies, then the nominator must immediately send a copy to the chair of the committee by TBA.
