Sociological and military expert is available for comment

It has been almost four years since the United States went to war.  In his State of the Union Address tonight, President Bush is expected to defend his plan for the War in Iraq.  Thousands of troops are learning that their tours are being extended.  How is the war effecting troops and their families?  Morten Ender, Sociology Program Director at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, is doing research on on the topic and is available for interviews and comment.
