Before you make the initial contact, it is useful to define a general agenda for the consultation. Please start by taking a few minutes to fill-out our Department Profile Survey (for use only by the DRG Coordinator). The Coordinator will recommend several consultants who match the department's agenda and special situation. The Coordinator will also continue to serve in a liaison role to facilitate the visit and follow-up contacts as needed.
