January 16, 2008 -- Deadline for online paper submissions; submission site closes at 3:00 p.m. EST
January 22, 2008 -- All Organizers gain access to the online pool of submissions and begin reviewing the papers in their queues.
February 7, 2008 -- Deadline for Regular Session Organizers to request additional sessions (if their pool and the quality of the submissions warrant the request).
February 20, 2008 -- Regular and Section Paper Session Organizers should have created their session listings in the online system. By this date, Organizers should have used the online system to notify authors of their acceptance or rejection from the session.
March 14, 2008 -- Roundtable Session and Poster Session Organizers should have created their session listings in the online system. By this date, Organizers should have used the online system to notify authors of their acceptance or rejection from the session.
March 20, 2008 -- All Session Organizers should have submitted any scheduling requests/considerations and special requests for audio-visual equipment. We recommend Organizers download the papers that will be presented in their sessions as well as the contact information (e-mail address) of the authors.
March 21, 2008 -- Online system closes in preparation for session scheduling. Session Organizers have no further access for review purposes.
