  2007 Exhibit Information  
     
 

Facilities. The exhibits will be located in Americas Hall I at the Hilton New York, headquarters for the 2007 ASA Annual Meeting.  Booths will be 8' x 10'. Your exhibit fee in New York includes an identifying sign and three free exhibitor registrations per booth.

Services. GES Exposition Services has been designated as the official drayage and storage company for the 2007 Annual Meeting.  An exhibitor's kit containing order forms and prices for rental furniture, carpeting, special signs, electrical hook-ups, etc., will be sent to you prior to the meeting. GES will also maintain a service desk at the show for your convenience.

Even though the ASA, the exhibit service contractors, and the Hilton New York are not responsible for any loss, we will make every effort to ensure that no such event occurs. ASA will provide guard service during all hours that the exhibits are closed (and entrance to the hall will be monitored by security personnel). In addition, exhibitors are urged to make sure their booths are staffed during all exhibit hours.

A directory of exhibitors with booth locations will be listed in the ASA Program, which is distributed to all Annual Meeting registrants, In order to have your listing appear in the Program, your exhibit contract with payment must be received by June 1, 2007.  The directory of exhibitors will also be available on the 2007 Annual Meeting website.  Please provide your web address on the Exhibit Contract.  To better attract ASA attendees to your booth we recommend creating a website targeted to the ASA Attendees.  The 2007 Meeting Logo is available by request.

Fees. Booth rental at the 2007 ASA Annual meeting is:

1 booth – $1,300
2 booths – $2,300
3 booths – $3,200
(Additional booths, $1,000)

Schedule. The ASA exhibit area in New York will be open for four days. Absolutely no teardown or dismantling activity will be allowed prior to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14. For safety purposes, children under 16 years of age will not be permitted in the exhibit hall during the hours of installation and dismantling. Exhibits must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours.

Booth Set-Up Saturday, August 11 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Exhibit Hours Saturday August 11 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 12 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Monday, August 13 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 14 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
Dismantling Tuesday, August 14 1:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Booth assignments. Booth location is assigned by the date of receiving the booth application. To receive a prime location we recommend that you return the Exhibit Contract with payment as soon as possible. ASA adheres to a first-come first-served policy.  Booth assignments will be made by April 19, 2006; contracts received after that date will be assigned a booth number upon receipt. Affiliated companies may request adjoining booths, but booth assignment will be based on receipt of the later contract if received at different times.

Full payment of the exhibit fee must accompany the Exhibit Booth Reservation and Contract Form; booth assignments will not be made until both the Exhibit Contract and payment have been received by ASA. (Use the enclosed Exhibit Booth Reservation and Contract form.)

Cancellation. Exhibitors who cancel their exhibit reservation prior to May 5, 2006 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after May 5, 2006.
