2007 Annual Meeting | Registration
Online Registration
Online meeting registration is CLOSED. Registration will open on Friday, August 10, at 1:30 pm on the 2nd Floor Promenade at the Hilton New York.
Access to all ASA services is restricted to meeting registrants. Badges are required for entry to the ASA Exhibits, Employment Service, and Child Care Service. Attendance at events that require fee payment (e.g., Tours, Seminars, Courses, Chairs Conference, Director of Graduate Studies Series, TEF Just Desserts, and MFP Benefit) is restricted to those who have registered for the meeting.

Preregistration closes on July 11. Forms and payments must be postmarked/faxed no later than July 11 to be eligible for the preregistration discount. Registration materials postmarked/faxed after July 11 will not be accepted for preregistration; they will be held at the Situations Desk in the Hilton New York for processing at the on-site registration rates.

Please note that the deadline for preregistration by program participants is May 31, 2007. Presenters who have not preregistered by the end of May will be dropped from the online and final programs beginning on June 15.

Registration confirmations will be mailed on a weekly basis until preregistration closes on July 11. Those who register online will also receive an email confirmation.

Attendees who register before preregistration closes on July 11 may pick up their badges, program packets, and special tickets at the Preregistration counters in the Hilton New York after their arrival at the meeting site. Please see registration service hours below.

On-Site Registration
Those who miss the July 11 preregistration deadline will be able to register on-site—at higher rates—at the ASA On-site Registration counters in the Hilton New York beginning on August 10.

Registration Policies

Cancellation notice must be made in writing. 90% of non-participant registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is received before July 11. Cancellations and refund requests received after July 11 will not be accepted. All fees are non-refundable after July 11, 2007. Unfortunately, under no circumstances can ASA issue refunds for no-shows.
Program participant registration fees are non-refundable; cancellations will not be accepted nor refunds issued. |

The 90% refund policy applies to any and all duplicate payments. If you fax your registration form with a credit card authorization, do not send a confirming copy by mail. |

All program participants are required to preregister by May 31 in order to have their names listed in the Final Program. Program participant registration fees are non-refundable. Only one registration fee payment is required from a participant. If additional payments are received, 90% of duplicate fees will be refunded.
