2006 ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION
Preregistration for the 2006 Annual Meeting, and for accompanying Events and Services, is now closed.
If you wish to add the Employment Service or an event (seminar, tour, benefit reception) to an existing preregistration,you may complete that transaction when On-Site Registration opens in Montrèal.
Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregistered by July 11 may pick up badges, program packets, and special tickets at the ASA Preregistration counters in Montréal during the On-Site Registration hours listed below.
On-Site Registration Services
Preregistration Pickup and all Registration services will be open in Viger Hall (Level 2) at the Palais des congrès de Montrèal during the following hours.
Thursday, August 10, 1:30 – 7:00pm
Friday, August 11, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday, August 12, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Sunday, August 13, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Monday, August 14, 8:00am – 3:30pm

GENERAL INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION
Reminder: Access to all ASA services is restricted to meeting registrants.
Badges are required for entry to the ASA Exhibits, Employment Service, and Child Care Service. Attendance at events which require fee payment (e.g., Courses, Methodological Seminars, Chairs Conference, Director of Graduate Studies Conference, TEF Just Desserts, MFP Benefit, Tours) is restricted to those who have registered for the meeting.

Attention Non-Members. If you are not an ASA member at the time of registration, you will need to select a non-member registration category. We encourage all US Sociologists to join ASA prior to registering for the convention. For further information, please contact ASA Membership and Customer Service.

Cancellation. Notice must be made in writing and postmarked by July 11, 2006; faxes/e-mail messages will not be accepted. 90% of non-participant registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is postmarked by the July 11 deadline. Cancellations and refund requests postmarked after July 11 will not be accepted. Program participant registration fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, under no circumstances can ASA issue refunds for "no-shows."
