Hotel Accommodations in Montréal
The 101st ASA Annual Meeting will be held at the Palais des congrès de Montrèal, the large convention center in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. All program sessions will be held at the Palais, along with the ASA Exhibits, Registration, Bookstore, and Employment Service. The ASA Child Care Service will be housed at the Delta Centre-ville Hotel, the designated headquarters hotel located two blocks from the convention center. Blocks of sleeping rooms for ASA meeting attendees were arranged at the Delta and five other downtown hotels.
THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING ROOM RESERVATIONS WAS THURSDAY, JULY 13. Online housing services are now closed.

Availability of rooms at ASA convention rates is at the discretion of the hotels and cannot be guaranteed. Rooms are sold out on the peak night (August 12) at most hotels. However, Tourisme Montreal staff will do their best to help find you a room without commenting on your procrastination.

Cancellation. Hotels will not refund guarantees/deposits unless cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please check your hotel confirmation for the specific policy at that facility.
