	Countries Not Eligible for International Associate Membership Includes members of the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) and other high-income but non-OECD countries that are defined by the World Economic Forum as the top 35 most globally competitive. Members from the countries listed below are NOT eligible for the International Associate membership category.
