Online Registration
Online meeting registration is now available. Registration will open on Thursday, July 31, at 1:30 pm on the 2nd Floor Exhibit Hall C at the Hynes Convention Center.
Access to all ASA services is restricted to meeting registrants. Badges are required for entry to the ASA Exhibits, Employment Service, and Child Care Service. Attendance at events that require fee payment (e.g., Tours, Seminars, Courses, Chairs Conference, Director of Graduate Studies Series, TEF Just Desserts, and MFP Benefit) is restricted to those who have registered for the meeting.
Full preregistration for all Events and Services are now available online. Access the online registration to to sign up for Seminars & Courses, Tours, and the Employment Service, in addition to the Child Care Service, Chairs Conference, Directors of Graduate Study Conference, and MFP and TEF Benefit Receptions, when they register for the Annual Meeting. Those who have already preregistered may add events and services to their existing registrations online.
Preregistration closes on July 1. Forms and payments must be postmarked/faxed no later than July 1 to be eligible for the preregistration discount. Registration materials postmarked/faxed after July 1 will not be accepted for preregistration; they will be held at the Situations Desk in the Hynes Convention Center for processing at the on-site registration rates.

Preregistration closes on July 1. Forms and payments must be postmarked/faxed no later than July 1 to be eligible for the preregistration discount. The deadline to preregister had been extended to Friday, May 9. Don't delay; participants on the program who want their names included in the Final Program listing should act quickly. Presenters who have not preregistered by the end of May will be dropped from the online and final programs beginning on May 30.
Registration confirmations will be mailed on a weekly basis until preregistration closes on July 1. Those who register online will also receive an email confirmation.
Pre-Registration Pickup [+] Details
Attendees who register before preregistration closes on July 1 may pick up their badges, program packets, and special tickets at the Preregistration counters in the Hynes Convention Center after their arrival at the meeting site. Please see registration service hours below.
On-Site Registration
Those who miss the July 1 preregistration deadline will be able to register on-site—at higher rates—at the ASA On-site Registration counters in the Hynes Convention Center beginning on July 31.

Registration Policies
Cancellation notice must be made in writing. 90% of non-participant registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is received before July 1. Cancellations and refund requests received after July 1 will not be accepted. All fees are non-refundable after July 1, 2008. Unfortunately, under no circumstances can ASA issue refunds for no-shows.
Program participant registration fees are non-refundable; cancellations will not be accepted nor refunds issued.
The 90% refund policy applies to any and all duplicate payments. If you fax your registration form with a credit card authorization, do not send a confirming copy by mail.
All program participants are required to preregister by May 7 in order to have their names listed in the Final Program. Program participant registration fees are non-refundable. Only one registration fee payment is required from a participant. If additional payments are received, 90% of duplicate fees will be refunded.
