The Student Forum Advisory Board members work hard to put together workshops and sessions at the ASA Annual Meeting that are just for students. At the 2017 Annual Meeting in Montréal, Québec, Canada, the Student Forum held one roundtable paper session, two regular paper sessions, and two professional workshops.
Another event that they host at the meetings is the Student Reception, during which the Travel Award winners are recognized and receive their checks. All students attending the Annual Meeting can come and mingle with other students while enjoying a meal.
