Planning Your Section's Program for the Annual Meeting

August 11-14, 2018 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

All Section program sessions and Council/Business meetings are assigned to specific days following a four-year rotation schedule. Sections whose sessions outnumber the time slots available on their assigned day will have sessions scheduled on adjacent days.

Planning your Program

Section chairs should now report their planned sessions in preparation for issuing the Call for Papers. The deadline for reporting sessions  is October 15, 2017.

Step 1: Go to the ASA Member Portal. Log in using your ASA member ID and password.

Step 2: Once logged in, go to the item on the list of resources labeled "Annual Meeting."

Step 3: Click on the item "2018: Section Session Reporting"

Webinars will be scheduled to walk section planners through the reporting process.
