Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregister by July 13 may pick up their badges and program materials at the preregistration counters on-site. Please note: All program participants are to preregister by May 11 in order to retain their listings in the online and printed Final Program.
Those who miss the July 13 preregistration deadline should go to the On-site Registration counter.

- Sunday, August 21: 8:00am-5:30pm

Refunds and Cancellations
All registration fees for non-Program Participants are non-refundable as of July 13, 2016.
Unfortunately, under no circumstances can ASA issue refunds for no-shows. Program Participant registration fees are non-refundable; cancellations are not accepted nor refunds issued. All program participants (member and non-member) are to preregister by May 11 in order to retain their listings in the online and printed Final Program
