Exhibit Hall Location and Hours
The ASA Exhibit Hall will be located in Hall C in the Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC). Booths must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours.
Saturday, August 11 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 12 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday, August 13 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 14 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Your exhibit fee includes an identifying sign and three exhibitor registrations per booth. A directory of exhibitors will be listed on the ASA website, in the printed program, and on the Annual Meeting app.

Booths are assigned based on the date of ASA’s receipt of the booth application and payment in full. If your booth preference is not available, you will be assigned the next most desirable booth location available. The exhibit hall floor plan will be available in January 2018.
Booth Set-up and Tear-down
Freeman has been designated as the official decorating company for the 2018 Annual Meeting. Detailed information including additional booth-related costs (i.e. furniture, carpet, etc.) will be provided in the Freeman Exhibitor Service Kit.

*Exhibitors may not begin to tear-down their booths until 1:00 p.m.
Exhibitors who cancel their exhibit reservation prior to May 1, 2018 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after May 1, 2018.
Promote your product and/or organization to over 5,000 leading sociologists and professionals in the United States, Canada, and abroad by advertising in the printed program that is distributed to all annual meeting attendees. Digital advertsing on the annual meeting app is also available.

The deadline for appliction and ad copy is June 1, 2018. Please send electronic ad files to Michelle Randall at firstname.lastname@example.org. The printed program is printed offset, 7" x 10", in black and white. To insure quality printing, please supply all advertisements in one of the following formats: PDF (300 dpi with fonts embedded); JPG (300 dpi); or PNG. All files should be black and white or grayscale format. Please note that telephone reservations will not be accepted for program advertising. Special placement (e.g., covers) will be based on the order of application receipt.
Broaden your company’s exposure to Annual Meeting attendees by placing an additional promotional insert in the printed program. Printed pages must be no larger than 8.5" x 11". Advertiser must supply 6,000 copies of insert by July 1, 2018.
