Final Program

Promote your product and/or organization to over 5,000 leading sociologists and professionals in the United States, Canada, and abroad by advertising in the printed Final Program that is distributed to all convention registrants. Digital advertsing on the Annual Meeting App is also available.

Rates

  • Full page, 7 x 10 (w x h), $1,500
  • Half page, 7 x 5 (w x h), $1,200
  • Two-page spread, $2,600
  • Third Cover, $2,200

Advertisement Deadline (copy and reservations): June 1, 2017.

Send Electronic ad files to: Michelle Randall. The printed program is printed offset, 7" x 10", in black and white. To insure quality printing, please supply all advertisements in one of the following formats: PDF (300 dpi with fonts embedded) or JPG (300 dpi). All files should be black and white or grayscale format. Please note that telephone reservations will not be accepted for Program advertising. Special placement (e.g., covers) will be based on early receipt of reservations.

Program Inserts

Broaden your company’s exposure to Annual Meeting attendees by placing additional promotional insert in the printed Final Program. Printed pages must be no larger than 8.5" x 11". Advertiser must supply 5,500 copies of insert.

Annual Meeting App Advertising

Reach beyond the scope of the printed program by purchasing an ad on the Annual Meeting app. Your ad will be viewed by all who visit the Annual Meeting app. App ads will be viewable for approximately 60 days, beginning as soon as the app opens in the summer.

Rate: $1,000

Advertisement Deadline (copy and reservations): June 1, 2017.
